A vibrant Miami Vice drink layered with frozen strawberry daiquiri and creamy piña colada—perfect for hot days, parties, or a little tropical escape at home.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries

1.5 oz light rum (for daiquiri)

1 oz lime juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

1 cup ice

1.5 oz coconut cream

1.5 oz pineapple juice

1.5 oz light rum (for piña colada)

1/2 cup crushed pineapple (optional)

1 cup ice

Instructions

1. Blend all strawberry daiquiri ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour into a tall glass until halfway full.

3. Rinse blender and blend all piña colada ingredients until smooth.

4. Gently spoon the piña colada over the daiquiri layer to keep layers separate.

5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or strawberry slice and serve immediately.

Notes

To lighten the drink, substitute coconut cream with coconut milk.

For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with pineapple juice or coconut water.

Add flavored rums or fresh fruit for extra twist.
